LIN 6240 aluminium profiles

The 6240 decorative aluminium transition profile is used to join floor coverings at the same level. The 6240 profile is finished by chemical anodising, a process that creates an aluminium oxide layer which improves durability and gives the profile its final appearance. The installation method is the customer's choice; our recommendation is to secure the profile to the floor covering with a suitable construction adhesive. Note: If the profile is screwed to the floor covering, use countersunk-head screws and countersink the screw holes in the profile.
