A product may be exchanged for another within the statutory period, provided that it has not been damaged or used. The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the customer. The customer is not required to provide a reason for the exchange.
The exchange must be requested within the statutory period of 14 days from the date on which the order was received.
If the product does not conform to the stated specifications or is defective, we undertake to replace it with a fully functional product, with all costs covered by the www.europrofil.rs online store. The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use.
When exchanging a product, the seller is required to provide a replacement if the requested product is in stock. If the requested replacement is unavailable, the seller shall exchange the purchased product for another product chosen by the customer, subject to payment or reimbursement of any difference in price. If an exchange is not possible, the seller shall issue a refund, while the customer shall bear the return shipping costs.
For approved complaints, the seller, www.europrofil.rs, shall cover all transportation costs.
