Once confirmed, your order enters the processing stage. After your order has been processed, you will be notified of its status by email.
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on fridays, weekends or public holidays may require a longer processing period. Once the order has been processed, the delivery time is up to five business days.
We deliver goods up to 3 metres in length throughout the Republic of Serbia, to all locations where delivery and payment collection by the AKS courier service are available. The courier service does not accept packages longer than 3 metres.
For customised orders, such as powder coating, mitre cutting or cutting to size, the delivery time is 3–7 days. Glass and products containing glass infills are not shipped by courier. They are delivered exclusively using our own vehicles or collected by the customer from our warehouse.
Receiving your delivery
The courier service—an external company that delivers goods on our behalf—delivers orders to the specified address between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Please ensure that someone is available at the address during this period to receive the delivery.
When receiving the delivery, please visually inspect the package for any visible damage. If you notice that the shipping box is significantly damaged and suspect that the product may also have been damaged, refuse the delivery and notify us immediately by calling +381 64 6458 351 or emailing webshop@europrofil.rs.
If the package appears to be undamaged, you may accept the delivery and sign the delivery note provided by the courier.
The courier will attempt to deliver each order twice. If the courier is unable to find you at the delivery address, the usual practice is to call the telephone number provided when the order was placed and arrange a new delivery time. If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. Once we receive the returned package, we will contact you to determine why the delivery was unsuccessful and arrange for it to be resent.
Delivery charges
Home delivery is free of charge for all orders with a total value of RSD 20,000 or more.
For orders valued at less than RSD 20,000, the delivery charge is RSD 520.00 per package, including VAT.
The minimum order value is RSD 1,000.00, including VAT.
