Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 13 and 27 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 62/2014), EURO-PROFIL d.o.o. hereby provides the following information to its valued customers purchasing goods through the website www.europrofil.rs:
N O T I C E
- The sale of goods through the website www.europrofil.rs is conducted within the scope of the registered business activities of EURO-PROFIL d.o.o. Complaints may be submitted to: webshop@europrofil.rs.
- The essential characteristics of the goods are available on the website www.europrofil.rs.
- Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 62/2014), purchases made through our online store at www.europrofil.rs are considered distance sales.
- The goods sold through the website www.europrofil.rs possess the characteristics required for the normal use of that type of product, in accordance with their intended purpose as specified in the relevant Product Declaration.
- The selling price is displayed next to each product.
- All prices include VAT.
- Delivery is free of charge for orders exceeding RSD 20,000.
- Purchased goods are delivered within 3–7 business days by the AKS courier service, in accordance with the terms set out on the DELIVERY TERMS page.
- The purchase of goods at special discounted prices and/or subject to special sales incentives, including promotional sales, is conducted in accordance with the terms published on the website www.europrofil.rs.
- Goods purchased through the website www.europrofil.rs may be paid for by cash on delivery or using the payment cards displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
- By clicking the CONFIRM button when placing an order, the customer assumes the obligation to pay for the ordered goods.
- The conformity of the goods with the contract shall be determined EXCLUSIVELY according to the characteristics and intended purpose of the goods, as specified in the relevant Product Declaration.
- The online store www.europrofil.rs is required to deliver goods that conform to the contract. If the delivered goods do not conform to the contract, a customer who has notified the seller of the non-conformity is entitled to request that the seller remedy it free of charge by repairing or replacing the goods, request an appropriate price reduction, or terminate the contract in respect of those goods. All costs necessary to bring the goods into conformity with the contract, particularly the costs of labour, materials, collection and delivery, shall be borne by www.europrofil.rs.
- If, after receiving the goods, the customer wishes to exchange a product for another product from a higher, lower or equivalent price category, the product may be exchanged within 14 days in accordance with the procedure set out on the PRODUCT EXCHANGE page.
- If the customer does not wish to keep the goods after receiving them, they are entitled to withdraw from the contract and receive a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the goods within 14 days, in accordance with the procedure set out on the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL page.
- For goods ordered through the ONLINE store, the customer is entitled to submit a complaint regarding a product that has already been used, in accordance with the procedure applicable to goods purchased through the ONLINE store. Information about the complaint submission procedure is available on the COMPLAINTS page.
Currency Conversion Statement
“All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia—the Serbian dinar (RSD). Prices displayed in other currencies are for information purposes only and are calculated using the official middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The amount charged to the payment card will be converted into the local currency at the exchange rate applied by the relevant card scheme, which cannot be known at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference compared with the original price displayed on the website.”
Protection of Confidential Payment Card Information
“When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a secure, encrypted format using SSL and PKI technologies, which represent state-of-the-art cryptographic solutions. Data security during the purchase process is guaranteed by the payment card processor. Payment card details are not accessible to our system at any time.”
Protection of Customer Privacy
On behalf of EURO-PROFIL d.o.o., we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the essential customer and user information required for conducting business and keeping users informed, in accordance with good business practices and for the purpose of providing a high-quality service.
We provide customers with a choice, including the option to decide whether they wish to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer and user information is kept strictly confidential and is accessible only to employees who require it to perform their duties. All employees of EURO-PROFIL d.o.o., as well as its business partners, are responsible for complying with the principles of privacy protection.
Refunds
In the event of returned goods and a partial or full refund to a customer who previously paid using a payment card, regardless of the reason for the return, EURO-PROFIL d.o.o. will process the refund exclusively through VISA, MasterCard, Maestro or Dina payment methods. At the seller’s request, the bank will refund the relevant amount to the cardholder’s account.
VAT Statement
If the legal entity is registered for VAT, this must be clearly stated by specifying that VAT is included in the displayed prices and that there are no hidden costs. This statement must be included in the Terms of Use and Sale. At every stage of the purchasing process at which the total price of a product or service is displayed, it must be clearly indicated that the price includes VAT—for example: “Total, including VAT: …”.
If the legal entity is not registered for VAT, this must be clearly stated in a single sentence.
