Please be advised that, pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 62/2014), purchases made through our online store at www.europrofil.rs are considered distance sales.
In the case of distance sales, the law grants customers who qualify as consumers—natural persons purchasing products to meet their individual needs rather than for professional purposes—the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the date on which the product was delivered to them. When exercising the right of withdrawal, customers may, but are not required to, state their reasons for doing so.
The withdrawal form or statement takes legal effect on the date on which it is sent to the seller.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer is entitled to a refund or an exchange for another product. The purchase price will be refunded after the product has been returned and confirmed to be undamaged and in proper working order.
The customer must return the product without delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal form was sent. Once 14 days have elapsed from the date on which the notice of withdrawal was sent, the product may no longer be returned.
Returned goods must be unused, in proper working order and in their original, undamaged packaging. The invoice and delivery note originally provided with the order must also be enclosed.
Upon receipt, the product will be inspected to determine whether it is in proper working order and undamaged. The customer is liable for any defect or damage resulting from improper handling of the product. In particular, the customer is solely liable for any reduction in the product’s value caused by handling that is inappropriate or exceeds what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functionality.
If it is determined that the product became defective or was damaged due to the customer’s actions, the refund will be refused and the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
The seller is required to refund all amounts paid by the consumer under the contract without delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the notice of withdrawal was received, provided that the returned product has also been received.
The customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods and transferring the refund, except where the customer received a defective or incorrect product.
