LIN 3379 aluminium profiles

The 3379 decorative aluminium transition profile uses concealed screws and is designed to join surfaces at the same level or with a height difference of up to ±5 mm. The 3379 profile is finished by chemical anodising, a process that creates an aluminium oxide layer which improves durability and gives the profile its final appearance. Install the concealed-screw 3379 profile as follows: drill holes in the floor between the two floor coverings, insert wall plugs and apply a small amount of silicone into each plug. Place the screws in the channel on the underside of the 3379 transition profile and align them with the drilled holes. Using a rubber mallet, gently tap the 3379 profile into the prepared holes.
