Swivel castors with and without brakes

These castors are useful for furniture that is moved frequently or needs to be easily accessible from different angles. Swivel furniture castors can rotate in all directions, allowing furniture to move easily in different directions. Two types of swivel castors are available. Swivel castors without brakes allow unrestricted movement in all directions. They are used where full mobility of the furniture is required. Swivel castors with brakes have integrated braking mechanisms that can be engaged to stop the wheel from rotating and stabilise the furniture. Brakes are useful when the furniture needs to be held temporarily in position to prevent accidental movement or sliding.
