SM 80 metal mechanism. SM 80 has a load capacity up to 70 kg and is installed on wooden doors 16 to 22 mm thick. The lower rollers are load-bearing and can be adjusted vertically and horizontally. The mechanism also includes a PVC element fitted to the upper mechanism to prevent the door from lifting when it stops. Door sides should be reinforced with reinforcing pull handles or profiles to prevent warping over time because the door is bottom-supported. The lower mechanism is recessed into the wooden infill. An EP soft-close can be used with this mechanism and is ordered separately.
