OPM HK-XS TIP-ON mechanism 800-1800

HK-XS lift mechanism for TIP-ON fronts. Used for fronts/doors made from chipboard, MDF and other wooden infills. In addition to wooden fronts, the HK-XS lift mechanism is compatible with aluminum fronts from our range. Intended for fronts 240 to 600 mm high. Minimum cabinet-body depth: 125 mm. Power factor: 800–1800. The sales set contains the mechanism and two receivers: one for connecting the mechanism to the front and one for connecting the mechanism to the cabinet-body side. HK-XS components can be installed practically without tools. Once the spring mechanism is adjusted to the weight and size of the front, opening, closing and holding the small upward-folding front is reliable in every position. In combination with Blum hinges, CLIP top enables easy and quiet closing. The spring mechanism and front-fixing system are symmetrical. Precise adjustment of the spring mechanism to the front weight is carried out using a cordless screwdriver. Handleless furniture can be opened with a simple touch; to close, lightly press the front. TIP-ON remains fully functional even if the doors, lift-up fronts or pull-outs are occasionally opened manually. See also the brochures with installation instructions for the HK XS mechanism.
